About the event
Mindfulness Camp at Trailhouse
Join us for a 2-hour Mindfulness Camp designed for kids ages 4-10. Through sensory play, movement, art, and play children will explore fun and regulating ways to connect with their bodies and minds.
Activities include mindful potions, obstacle courses, yoga, fort building, and guided relaxation, all in a supportive and engaging environment.
